A Family Tradition
My grandfather Jim Madon (1926-2004) was a World War II Veteran, D-Day survivor, tough as nails, White Sox die-hard, avid Musky Fisherman, and Sheet Metal Worker. He spent 26 years with Local 73 at Ernie DeLord’s Palomar as a Welder, Fabricator, and Shop Steward. Jim was a trustworthy, smart, quick-witted, strong, and no bulls***; and having the opportunity in my career to work with some of the people that worked alongside him has been an incredible experience. As a third-generation Sheet Metal Worker I am proud to call our company Madon Sheet Metal after him. Our promise is to do our best to live up to the name we proudly print on each one of the custom fabricated items that leave our shop. This trade is in our blood. Chicago Proud and Union Sealed. Cheers Pap!
